Shipping Policy

We ship all orders within Australia using Australia Post. This policy explains how we process, pack and deliver your order, and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship within Australia only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Times
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within:
2–4 business days after payment is received.
During busy periods, holidays, or promotional events, dispatch times may be slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order on its way quickly.
3. Delivery Times
Once dispatched, delivery times depend on Australia Post and your location:
Standard shipping: generally 3–8 business days
Remote/regional areas: may take longer
These timeframes are estimates only. Delays caused by Australia Post, weather, or other factors outside our control are not our responsibility, but we’ll always help you track your parcel if needed.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.
Any available shipping options will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with an Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking details within a reasonable time, please contact us.
6. Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed or Returned Parcels)
If a parcel is delayed or appears lost, we’ll lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
If a parcel is returned to us because:
the delivery address provided was incorrect, or
the parcel was not collected from the post office in time
we may charge a re-delivery fee to resend the order.
7. Packaging & Fragile Items (Ceramics)
Our ceramics are carefully packed with protective materials to minimise breakage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:
your order number, and
photos of the item and packaging
We’ll assess the damage and work with you on a suitable solution in line with our Refunds & Returns Policy and the Australian Consumer Law.
8. Food Products (Chilli Jam)
Chilli jam is sealed and packaged securely to meet food-safety standards.
If your jar arrives broken, leaking, or unsafe, let us know immediately, we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
9. Authority to Leave
Australia Post may provide Authority to Leave options.
If you choose this, the parcel may be left in a safe place at your address.
Please note: if you authorise unattended delivery, we are not responsible for theft or damage after delivery.
10. Changes to Your Order
If you need to update your address or order details, contact us as quickly as possible.
We cannot make changes once an order has been dispatched.
